Senior DevOps Engineer
Location: Kraków, Poland
Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office/week)
Salary: 1100 – 1500 zł netto / day (B2B)

Jako Senior DevOps Engineer będziesz uczestniczył w projektowaniu architektury, podejmował kluczowe decyzje technologiczne oraz odpowiadał za bezpieczeństwo i niezawodność systemów. Ta rola nie ogranicza się do utrzymywania infrastruktury według gotowych procedur. What Awaits You?
Full Ownership – from designing infrastructure to implementation and maintenance. You will make technological decisions independently, based on business discussions, project needs, and existing standards.
Experienced DevOps Team – you will join a team of specialists who are eager to share knowledge, solve problems together, and exchange experiences across projects.
Cloud-native & GitOps – we work in various cloud environments, automate everything that makes sense, use Infrastructure as Code, and develop projects according to the best DevOps practices.
Projects Where You Can Make a Real Impact – we create new products, develop mature platforms and systems, and help clients organize existing solutions. We often join projects at key stages of their development, where technical experience and good architectural decisions matter the most.
No Corporate Nonsense – we have a flat structure, minimal unnecessary processes, and maximum responsibility. We don't create procedures for the sake of procedures. Cooperation, common sense, and the quality of delivered solutions matter.
Expectations
- Very good knowledge of one of the cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience in managing infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration of applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Good knowledge of Linux and issues related to system administration and automation.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of GitOps solutions, particularly Flux.
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, or similar.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems in production environments and optimize their performance and reliability.
- Willingness to share knowledge with the team and readiness to develop towards the role of DevOps Team Leader.
- Fluency in English at least at the B2 level.
