Senior DevOps Transformation & CI/CD Engineer
Location: Bucharest, Universitatea Politehnica area

Rate: Up to 40 EUR/h

Role Overview
This person will primarily lead the tooling transformation, the migration roadmap, CI/CD standardization, and coordination with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the tooling transformation and migration roadmap.
- Standardize CI/CD processes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Requirements
Mandatory Technologies
- GitLab and Jenkins.
- Git.
- Artifactory and Nexus.
- Ansible, Python, and Bash.
- CI/CD pipeline tooling.
- Repository and branching-management tooling.
Mandatory Technical Knowledge
- GitLab administration and pipeline design.
- Jenkins administration and migration.
- Jenkins-to-GitLab migrations.
- Nexus-to-Artifactory migrations.
- Repository migrations.
- Source-control and branching strategies.
- CI/CD troubleshooting.
- Build and deployment automation.
- Platform modernisation.
- DevOps transformation programmes.
- Production and non-production environment support.
- Large-scale enterprise migration delivery.
Strongly Preferred
- HashiCorp Vault.
- RHEL/Linux.
- Infrastructure as Code.
- Monitoring and observability platforms.
- Data-centre or enterprise infrastructure migrations.
- Financial-services or capital-markets experience.
