Experienced Professional | Senior Digital Analytics & CRO
JAKALA, a company dedicated to data, artificial intelligence, and experience development, is seeking a Senior Digital Analytics & CRO expert to join our team in Milano, Italy. This role is part of the largest CRO team in Italy, offering a unique opportunity to work on international e-commerce projects and collaborate with leading companies in telecommunications, mobility, energy, and luxury fashion.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior to optimize digital performance.
- Integrate quantitative data analysis with qualitative research.
- Design innovative A/B tests.
- Contribute to projects for leading companies across various sectors.
Requirements
- Senior level experience in Data Analytics and Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with digital performance optimization.
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
We Offer
- Competitive Salary: Between €31,000 and €52,000 gross annually, based on experience and seniority.
