Responsibilities

• Understand the architectural landscape and digital challenges of our transportation customers.
• Design and architect digital transformation initiatives for railway and public transportation operators.
• Lead business framing and solution architecture for key digital themes such as: Transformation Consulting, Cybersecurity, Data, Applications & Integrations, Cloud & Infrastructure.
• Develop enterprise architecture blueprints that align IT direction with business objectives.
• Create and implement innovative architectural strategies to increase our market share in the Transportation sector, with a focus on digital transformation.
• Encourage and expect to bring innovative architectural thinking, challenge the status quo, and drive growth, both with our customers and within Sopra Steria.

Requirements

• Higher degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT architecture experience, with 5+ years in digital transformation for the Transportation sector.
• Proven track record in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and digital themes (Transformation Consulting, Cybersecurity, Data, Applications & Integrations, Cloud & Infrastructure).
• Fluent in French and English – Dutch is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to bridge business strategy and technical implementation.
• Passion for innovative technology solutions in transportation.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on growth and business development.
