Senior Digital Transformation Consultant

Within the Consulting Division, you will support complex clients (particularly in Retail, GDO, Fashion, Industry, or Consumer contexts) in the transformation processes of Supply Chain and Business Operations, with a structured, data-driven, and results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with key business and IT stakeholders to analyze end-to-end processes (demand planning, replenishment, procurement, logistics, warehouses, distribution, merchandising), identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, and design organizational, process, and technological/application solutions.
• Play a key role in leading and delivering complex project initiatives, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the definition of the transformation roadmap, and supporting the client in the implementation and change management phases.

Requirements

• At least 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Consulting, preferably in structured consulting firms and/or complex corporate contexts.
• Solid experience in Supply Chain process transformation projects, with direct exposure to merchandising, planning, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and distribution topics.
• Master's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related disciplines (STEM). Different paths will be evaluated if accompanied by significant and consistent experience with the role.
• Ability to interact with interlocutors at different levels of the organization (operational, managerial, executive), translating business needs into concrete and sustainable solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Experience in selecting, implementing, or evolving ERP, APS, WMS, OMS, or Supply Chain Planning solutions.
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies applied to Operations and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience in Retail/GDO, Fashion, or Manufacturing contexts.
• Change management skills and support for the adoption of solutions by business users.
• Certifications in Supply Chain (e.g., APICS/ASCM), Project Management (PMP, Prince2), or continuous improvement methodologies.

For this position, a gross annual salary (RAL) between €37,000 and €60,000 is planned.

The workplace is in ASSAGO (MI) with the possibility, compatible with the activity carried out, to adhere to the smart working agreement according to our company policy. However, availability to travel nationally and internationally is required.
