Responsibilities

• Entrepreneurial Leadership: You will be responsible for revenue, margin, and contribution margin targets, as well as the quality of your department's services. You will manage resources, capacities, and utilization with an eye on economic success and sustainable delivery capability.
• Leadership and Team Development: You will lead the team heads for SAP ERP project management, PMO, data transformation, transformation architecture, business consulting/process consulting, and enterprise architecture. You will strengthen collaboration, personal responsibility, and a shared performance and quality standard.
• Customer Transformation Success: You will be responsible for the performance of your department throughout the end-to-end transformation of our customers. Together with your leaders and your peers in other focus areas, you will ensure effective project steering, clear governance, and high consulting quality. In challenging programs, you will provide guidance and support critical decisions.
• Effective Use of Innovations in Consulting: You will drive the introduction and further development of an AI-supported toolchain. You will translate technological opportunities into more efficient project processes, higher quality, and measurable customer value.
• Further Development of Our ERP Consulting Business: Together with the leadership of the BU, you will shape the transformation strategy of our consulting. You will develop services, methods, and consulting roles, and create scalable approaches for SAP ERP Cloud transformations. You will also be actively involved in successfully translating our strategy into operational implementation.
• Anchor Continuous Improvement: You will establish clear standards, processes, and responsibilities. You will use insights from customer projects to specifically develop our collaboration and delivery.

Requirements

• Clear Leadership Mandate: You will take responsibility for around 60 employees and work directly with the Vice President of the SAP ERP Cloud BU Germany.
• Strategic Development of Our Consulting Business: You will shape our transformation portfolio, our methods, and the collaboration of disciplines.
• Effective Transformation for Our Customers: You will connect business consulting, processes, architecture, data, and project management into a consistent consulting approach.
• Further Development of Consulting through AI: You will shape how innovative tools and new working methods improve our project performance and consulting roles.
• Entrepreneurial Scope for Action: You will take responsibility for results and set concrete impulses for the development of your department.
