About the Position

Senior District Manager

Shanghai, China


Responsibilities

  • Proactively sell ADP’s premier HR and Payroll outsourcing solutions to domestic and international clients within China.
  • Engage with senior executives such as CFO, HR VP, and CEO, as well as middle management in HR, IT, and Finance roles.
  • Develop and explore business opportunities, maintain and develop existing customer relationships, and cultivate potential customers.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations, solution proposals, business negotiations, and close deals both individually and as a team.
  • Collaborate with ADP teams like Client Services, Technology, Marketing, and Finance, as well as ADP worldwide salesforces to maximize ADP’s value proposition to clients.
  • Provide weekly/monthly updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measures for improvement.
  • Create own sales plan within the overall framework to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 5-8 years of sales experience in HRO, HR-related, or other outsourcing industries.
  • Outstanding selling skills with a track record of closing new business. Large account selling experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of company HR, Payroll, and Benefits knowledge and practices in China.
  • Skilled at leveraging resources to facilitate relationship building.
  • Excellent English language skills, fluent in verbal communication.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate and collaborate well at all organizational levels.
  • Good learning ability.
  • Accountable and persistent.
  • Logical & strategic thinking.
  • Mature and independent in driving the sales process.
