Senior Dynamics 365 BC Architect

Salary: 6000-8000 PLN/hour

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our team, focusing on Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. In this role, you will leverage your extensive expertise in project management, Microsoft Power Platform, and customer service to deliver tailored solutions for our clients. This position is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with a diverse team while making a significant impact on our projects.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices
• Managing project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Facilitating workshops for business mapping, requirement gathering, and blueprinting sessions with stakeholders
• Implementing and maintaining ALM best practices and technical governance across projects
• Driving the adoption of Microsoft Power Platform components to enhance client solutions
• Utilizing TOGAF and Prosci frameworks to guide organizational change management and architecture decisions
• Demonstrating expert knowledge of business applications and leading complex migration and integration implementations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions across Azure and other technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management and architecture roles
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and its components
• Strong command of TOGAF and Prosci methodologies
• Proven experience in customer service and customer analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead successful implementations of business applications with positive customer outcomes
• Advanced level of English
• Tax residence in Ukraine required

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AML concepts
• Experience with other supporting Microsoft certifications
• Project Management and TOGAF certifications
