About the Position
Nova is the first Ukrainian team to systematically provide comprehensive design and engineering services for high-rise buildings in the US, and we are growing rapidly. We work on large-scale projects in New York and Miami across the Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and High-Rise Residential segments. Our team already counts over 100 specialists, and we continue to expand. With a stable pipeline of project workloads secured for more than a year ahead, we are currently looking for Senior Electrical Engineers who want to work on real-world US real estate projects and design engineering systems according to American standards.

Responsibilities
- Design and model electrical systems in Revit.
- Coordinate engineering solutions with adjacent disciplines in accordance with US codes and regulations.
- Prepare drawings and specifications in compliance with US standards and guidelines.
- Participate in technical decision-making.
- Communicate with the team and clients within the project scope.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in electrical systems design for residential or commercial real estate.
- Proficiency in Revit and practical experience in BIM modeling of MEP utility networks.
- English at a B2 level (Upper-Intermediate).
- Ability to coordinate technical solutions across various engineering disciplines.
- Readiness to quickly learn new standards and methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of US standards, codes (NEC, etc.), and typical design solutions.
- Experience using Navisworks for clash detection and coordination.
- Prior experience working on US projects or international properties.
