Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure high-quality code through rigorous testing and code reviews.

Requirements

• Software Development: Proven experience in software development with a focus on creating scalable and efficient solutions.
• Experience in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
