(Senior) Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) for digital and hybrid events

About the Position

We are looking for a (Senior) Event Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d) for digital and hybrid events to join our team in Munich. If you are passionate about events, have experience in independent project management and event organization, are skilled at customer contact, and are a strong leader, then we should get to know each other. In this role, you will be responsible for comprehensive project management in the area of event technology and conception for our clients' digital and hybrid events.

Responsibilities

• Project management: Management and coordination of livestreaming projects from conception to implementation
• Technical planning: Development and implementation of technical solutions for live streaming events
• Technical support and implementation: Events in the field of sound, video, and lighting technology
• Event management: Planning and execution of webcasts, online conferences, and corporate events using our proprietary virtual event platform, Techcast Event Cloud
• Customer support: Working closely with customers to define requirements and ensure their satisfaction
• Team leadership: Leading and guiding the project management team during event preparation and implementation
• Quality control: Ensuring compliance with quality standards and schedules
• Budget management: Monitoring and managing project budgets

Requirements

• Professional experience in project management, ideally in the field of event technology or livestreaming
• Initial professional experience in the field of audio and video technology
• Expertise: In-depth understanding of the technical requirements and processes in the field of livestreaming, broadcast and AV technology, and event management
• IT skills: High level of computer literacy, with excellent MS Office skills
• Leadership qualities: Strong ability to lead and motivate teams
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical issues in an understandable way
• Organizational skills: Structured approach to work and strong problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility: Class B driver's license, willingness to travel for events and flexible working hours
