About the Position
AnyMind Group is seeking a Senior Executive, Business Development to join our Jakarta, Indonesia team. In this role, you will contribute to the growth of Japanese clients in Indonesia by proposing and executing marketing solutions. You will be involved in comprehensive marketing and e-commerce strategies, from planning to execution.
Responsibilities
- Solution-oriented sales focused on EC domains and digital marketing (for new and existing clients)
- Proposal preparation and presentation
- Account management during marketing campaigns and implementation
- Reporting and analysis post-campaign, including client reporting and improvement suggestions
- Briefing and direction to local teams (business units of local subsidiaries)
- Client industries include cosmetics, beverages, automotive, and electrical manufacturers, among others.
- People management tasks for those with management experience or aptitude.
- Management scope: 2 to 10 people, regardless of location or nationality, with the majority being Thai nationals.
Requirements
- Experience in proposal-based corporate sales or solution-oriented sales in digital marketing/EC domains.
- Experience in project management or progress in digital marketing/EC domains.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Ability to adapt to changes in the organization or environment.

- Practical experience in digital advertising operations and EC management.
