About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Executive, License Management（ライセンスマネジャー） to lead product development and sales strategies for external IPs, including anime, manga, characters, entertainment, and sports, both domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Product Planning/Development (MD)
- Communication with rights holders
- Communication with suppliers and manufacturers
- Sales volume forecasting and production quantity consideration based on forecasts
- Management of manufacturing costs, sales, and various schedules
- Design direction (product / LP・banner)
- Product registration and site updates
- General promotion and marketing tasks
- Other EC-related tasks (e.g., order management, customer support)
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product / campaign planning using IP (product planning, MD planner), or 2+ years of experience in product marketing (ad operations, EC operations, SNS operations)
- Advanced communication skills to drive projects with stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Broad knowledge of IP and the ability to catch up on new information and apply it to work
- Basic design production skills (e.g., creating promotional materials using Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Ability to think and act independently
