About the Position
Senior Executive, License Management（ライセンスマネジャー）
We are looking for a Senior Executive, License Management to manage product planning and PR strategies using domestic and international IPs.
Responsibilities
- Product Planning/Development (MD)
- Communication with rights holders
- Communication with procurement and manufacturing partners
- Sales volume forecasting and production quantity review
- Management of manufacturing costs, sales, and various schedules
- Design direction (product / LP・Banner)
- Product registration and site updates
- General promotion and marketing tasks
- Other EC-related tasks (e.g., order management, customer support)
Requirements
必須要件
- 2 years or more of experience in product/campaign planning using IPs (product planning, MD planner, etc.) or product marketing (ad operations, EC operations, SNS operations, etc.)
- High-level communication skills to drive projects with stakeholders

- Broad knowledge of IPs and the ability to catch up on new information and apply it to work
- Basic design production skills (e.g., creating promotional materials using Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
