About the Position
ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Senior Experience Designer in Argentina, based in Buenos Aires. Working hours 10:00 AM – 6:00/7:00 PM ART.

The client is among the top-5 health insurance companies in the US. They are dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, cost-effective health care and equipping their members with information and tools so they can make the best health care decisions for themselves and their families.
Responsibilities
- Design user experiences and user interfaces for AI-driven applications and modernization initiatives
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Support the design of digital signature workflows and related user interactions
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business and AI-related requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Ensure consistency across screens, components, and design patterns
- Support implementation by providing design guidance and reviewing completed work against approved designs
Requirements
- Proven track record of contributing to Agile teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English
- Strong experience with Figma
- Experience designing modern web-based and AI-enabled applications
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Strong understanding of UX principles and modern UI design practices
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience collaborating closely with development teams
- Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skill
