About the Position

Join All for One Group SE as a (Senior) Expert IT & Process Services (human), driving digital and process development in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the driving force behind the digital and procedural development of our end-to-end business processes.
• Design, analyze, optimize, and automate our end-to-end processes in collaboration with process owners.
• Serve as a key interface between departments and IT.
• Provide methodological expertise in optimization workshops.
• Continuously develop our process standards and governance structures, ensuring proper documentation.
• Maintain and develop our process management tools (e.g., SAP Signavio).
• Identify project needs and submit project applications for internal projects.
• Lead (partial) projects and actively participate in internal projects.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in (Economic) Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in process and/or IT management.
• Proven experience in process management and process design, with knowledge of process modeling, especially BPMN 2.0, process automation, and integrated IT system landscapes.
• Proven experience in quality management and initial experience in auditing, particularly ISO 9001.
• In-depth understanding of relevant business processes, such as HR, Finance & Controlling, or Source to Pay, and the ability to accurately categorize connections to adjacent process areas.
• Ability to consistently think in end-to-end processes and connect business requirements with customer-oriented, standardized services and digital solutions.
• Experience in complex IT, digitalization, or process projects, and having independently managed projects or partial projects.
• Strong moderation, methodological, and communication skills to engage different stakeholders and act confidently and solution-oriented in change or conflict situations.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking, a structured and independent working style, and the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable solutions and processes.
• Curiosity about new technologies, trends, and methods, with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and actively contribute ideas to your work.
• Confident demeanor at various hierarchical levels, high initiative, and fluent German and good English skills.
