About the Role:

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for creating and monitoring compensation systems, analyzing payroll reports, and implementing competitive solutions in this area. If you have experience in a similar position, you are familiar with MS Excel, and you communicate fluently in English – join us!
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing fixed and variable compensation systems and pay structures
- Coordinating the annual review of compensation and bonus programs
- Conducting compensation, market benchmark analyses, and monitoring trends
- Managing position architecture and conducting job evaluation processes
- Preparing the organization for the requirements of the EU Directive on salary transparency
- Advising managers and HRBPs on pay decisions and compensation policy
- Collaborating with the global team and participating in group projects
- Ensuring process compliance with policies and maintaining the quality and consistency of solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, in a complex environment (preferably international organizations)
- Experience in conducting or co-creating key compensation processes (pay reviews, bonuses, global/regional projects)
- Excellent knowledge of compensation benchmarking and working with market data and position architecture
- Advanced analytical skills, including excellent knowledge of Excel and the ability to translate data into accurate business recommendations
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders and providing advice within the organization
- Highly developed communication skills – clear and persuasive presentation of complex issues
- Fluent in English at a level that allows working in an international environment
