Location: ul. Chorzowska 50, Katowice (hybrid work - 2 days of on-site work)

About the Role:

We are looking for a person who will be responsible for creating and monitoring compensation systems, analyzing payroll reports, and implementing competitive solutions in this area. If you have experience in a similar position, you are familiar with MS Excel, and you communicate fluently in English – join us!

Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing fixed and variable compensation systems and pay structures
  • Coordinating the annual review of compensation and bonus programs
  • Conducting compensation, market benchmark analyses, and monitoring trends
  • Managing position architecture and conducting job evaluation processes
  • Preparing the organization for the requirements of the EU Directive on salary transparency
  • Advising managers and HRBPs on pay decisions and compensation policy
  • Collaborating with the global team and participating in group projects
  • Ensuring process compliance with policies and maintaining the quality and consistency of solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards, in a complex environment (preferably international organizations)
  • Experience in conducting or co-creating key compensation processes (pay reviews, bonuses, global/regional projects)
  • Excellent knowledge of compensation benchmarking and working with market data and position architecture
  • Advanced analytical skills, including excellent knowledge of Excel and the ability to translate data into accurate business recommendations
  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders and providing advice within the organization
  • Highly developed communication skills – clear and persuasive presentation of complex issues
  • Fluent in English at a level that allows working in an international environment
