Responsibilities

As part of the Energy Team, you will be part of the Tech Team at 1KOMMA5° Heartbeat GmbH. We work daily to actively shape the energy transition and drive forward innovative projects and digital products.

We are looking for a motivated Experte Energiewirtschaft / Marktkommunikation (m/w/d) who will organize the Smart Meter Rollout at our German locations and successfully implement the energy economic processes around our dynamic electricity tariff.

We work daily to make our digital products available to thousands of customers worldwide. We are growing rapidly and are therefore looking for reinforcements! Energiewirtschaft & Marktkommunikation

• Interface function for smooth processes & market communication between suppliers, grid operators, and metering point operators
• Planning, coordination, and organization of the Smart Meter Rollout in cooperation with our German locations
• Development and optimization of processes for our dynamic electricity tariff
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and technical standards in the energy sector

Prozesse & Automatisierung

• Selection, setup, and further development of data-driven solutions and technologies for process automation
• Definition of KPIs, monitoring of process quality, and specification of dashboards

Fachliche Führung & Mentoring

• Point of contact for energy economic questions and transfer of expertise to colleagues
• Preparation of reports and analyses and independent derivation of measures

Kooperation & Schnittstellen

• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation
• Design and preparation of information for transfer to customer service

Requirements

You have:

• A completed degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in the fields of energy economics or business, or training, e.g., in the commercial sector or a related field
• Several years of experience in the energy industry
• Expertise in market communication in the energy sector
• Knowledge in project management and process optimization
• An analytical and structured approach to work, as well as a good understanding of technical contexts and solution-oriented thinking
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable way
• Proficiency in common office programs and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new software - Knowledge of CRM software and data analysis tools is also advantageous
• Fluent German and English language skills in speech and writing
