About the Position

Join AnyMind Japan as a Senior Finance Executive / Finance Manager（経理・財務リーダー・マネージャー） to manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and contribute to accounting and business process improvements. This role is ideal for someone in the transformative phase post-IPO, offering a pathway to management and strategic planning roles in the future.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage AnyMind Japan's monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the creation of disclosure documents (e.g., securities reports, earnings reports).
• Analyze differences between budget and actual results.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Handle accounting for new business launches.
• Support management accounting and cash flow management.
• Review and propose improvements to accounting processes.
• Design and operate business processes in collaboration with other departments.

Requirements

• Must Have:

  • 2+ years of accounting experience.
  • Experience or interest in finance or strategic planning.
  • Ability to take ownership and tackle problems.

• Nice to Have:

  • Experience in financial or disclosure tasks in a listed company or similar.
  • Experience with quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Experience in startups or venture companies.
  • Experience in structuring or improving business processes.
  • Comfortable with English (reading and writing proficiency is sufficient).
  • English proficiency (any level).
