About the Position
Zeeks is a technology company developing infrastructure, analytics, and service products for the international iGaming market. We operate within B2B and B2B2C models, where process accuracy, data quality, and scalability of technological solutions play a key role. We focus on technologies that enable the market to operate reliably and transparently.
We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Specialist (Receivables direction) for a 6-month contract collaboration. Depending on mutual fit and business needs, there may be an opportunity to extend the contract or transition into a permanent role.
This position is opened to strengthen the team and ensure continuity of key financial processes related to accounts receivable management. The role предполагає full involvement in the company’s business processes, a high level of ownership, and the opportunity to directly influence the efficiency of cash flow management.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle accounts receivable management.
- Optimization of existing business processes.
- Analysis of the company’s financial risks in potential non-standard partnership cases.
- Recording revenues and actual incoming payments from top affiliate accounts in the company’s financial accounting system (QuickBooks).
- Providing up-to-date information to the affiliate team regarding receivables collection progress from sales partners.
- Assessing the financial reliability status of the company’s partners.
- Preparing periodic reports related to company revenues and accounts receivable.
- Participating in cross-functional Affiliate–Finance communication regarding changes in existing business processes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Finance Specialist (Receivables) within the iGaming or Affiliate Marketing industry.
- Strong expertise in financial accounting within Affiliate Marketing.
- Proven experience in effective accounts receivable management in the iGaming niche.
- Advanced reporting skills using complex formulas and pivot tables in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Experience working with QuickBooks, Looker Studio, BigQuery, and AirTable.
- Understanding of financial and accounting systems principles.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency ecosystem operations.
- Knowledge of legal fundamentals of partnership cooperation in the iGaming industry.
- Understanding of banking systems fundamentals across European countries.
- Ability to use AI tools to support team needs.
- Ability to assess risks and draw conclusions regarding potential partnerships.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Affilka, ReferOn, NetRefer.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
