Senior Finance Specialist (Receivables direction, fixed-term contract)

Currently, we are looking for a Senior Finance Specialist (Receivables direction) for a fixed-term contract of 6 months. In case of mutual fit and business needs, the contract may be extended or transitioned to a permanent format.

The role is open for strengthening the team and ensuring the continuity of key financial processes in the receivables direction.
This position involves full engagement in the company's business processes, a high level of responsibility, and the opportunity to influence the effectiveness of cash flow management.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle management of debtors.
• Optimization of existing business processes.
• Analysis of financial risks of the company in case of potential cooperation with partners in non-standard cases.
• Accounting of income and actual receipts from top partner accounts in the company's financial and accounting system (QuickBooks).
• Updating information for the affiliate team regarding the progress of receiving partner sales debts.
• Determining the financial reliability status of company partners.
• Formation of periodic reports on company income or debtor debts.
• Participation in cross-team communication of Affiliate-Finance regarding changes in existing business processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a financial specialist (Receivables) in the iGaming/Affiliate Marketing sphere.
• Proficiency in financial accounting in the Affiliate Marketing field.
• Experience in effective management of debtors in the iGaming niche.
• Skills in working with reports using complex formulas and pivot tables in Google Spreadsheet and Excel.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Looker Studio, BigQuery, AirTable.
• Understanding of the principles of financial and accounting systems.
• Excellent understanding of the principles of the cryptocurrency system.
• Knowledge of the legal foundations of cooperation with partners in the iGaming sphere.
• Understanding of the basic functioning of European banking systems.
• Ability to work with AI tools for team needs.
• Ability to analyze risks and make conclusions regarding potential cooperation with a partner.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (Affilka, ReferOn, NetRefer).
• Experience with CRM.
• Fluency in English at B2 level and above.
