About the Position

We are presently on the lookout for a Senior Financial Analyst located in Poland to bolster our expanding team.

You will join a cooperative finance department that supports major business decisions by delivering valuable analysis and detailed reporting. Responsibilities

  • Examine monthly financial statements to spot ongoing trends, notable discrepancies, and areas suitable for refinement
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting activities within the designated zone of responsibility
  • Analyze financial results and projected outcomes, including profit and loss, variance analysis, impact analysis, trend analysis, and benchmarking
  • Deliver financial performance updates to the Leadership Team on a monthly basis, supplying valuable insights and tangible recommendations
  • Provide on-request analytical, reporting, and advisory services to address the requirements of a corporate function
  • Build customized reporting structures crafted to satisfy the unique needs of a corporate function
  • Streamline and automate existing reports and procedures to achieve higher productivity and accuracy
  • Supply essential business and financial advice to the organization to facilitate informed decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a finance-focused discipline
  • English proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or beyond
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, including the creation of various chart types and the consolidation of data via PivotTables
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis techniques and resources
  • Outstanding skills in time management, organization, analysis, and communication
  • Clear willingness and motivation to operate with large data volumes
  • Ability to perform successfully both independently and within a team environment
  • Strong commitment to precision and detail in every task completed
  • Hands-on familiarity with PowerPoint for creating high-quality presentations
