About the Position
We are currently seeking a Senior Financial Analyst based in Poland to further strengthen our team.

Responsibilities
- Examine monthly financial reports to detect patterns, irregularities, and areas where improvements can be made
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting cycles within the designated area of responsibility
- Evaluate financial outcomes and projections, encompassing profit and loss, variance analysis, impact analysis, trend analysis, and benchmarking
- Share financial outcomes with the Leadership Team each month, offering clear observations and actionable suggestions
- Provide on-demand analytics, reporting, and advisory support to address the needs of a corporate function
- Build tailored reporting solutions to match the specific demands of a corporate function
- Refine and automate current reports and procedures to enhance both efficiency and precision
- Offer essential business and financial guidance to the organization in order to facilitate sound decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a finance-related discipline
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Confident skills in interpreting Excel spreadsheets, building diverse charts, and summarizing data through PivotTables
- Solid grasp of financial analysis tools and methodologies
- Outstanding time management, organizational, analytical, and communication abilities
- Demonstrated capability and eagerness to handle large datasets
- Ability to perform well both on your own and within a team setting
- Keen attention to detail across all work outputs
- Practical experience using PowerPoint for creating professional presentations
