About the Position

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for a Senior Financial Controlling Specialist to join our team in Praha, Czech Republic.
Responsibilities
- Provide key financial data and analysis to support financial management and process optimization across the organization
- Participate in budgeting and strategic planning processes
- Monitor financial performance and analyze variances
- Participate in monthly financial closing processes
- Prepare regular reports, financial analyses, and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Prepare financial forecasts and estimates
- Support external audit processes
- Support management in strategic decision-making
- Contribute to the development of controlling tools and reporting solutions
- Support the implementation of internal standards and procedures and monitor compliance
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Controlling Specialist or in a similar role
- Advanced Excel skills, including automation and process optimization tools such as macros and Power Query
- Experience in creating dashboards using BI tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or MicroStrategy
- Experience in analyzing business processes, identifying key components, and defining KPIs across different areas of the organization
- Good knowledge of accounting principles
- English at minimum B1 level, preferably B2
- Czech at C2 or native speaker level
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
