Senior Flutter Developer

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join our innovative team working on the development of an Online Backup App in a distributed (P2P) storage system – “The Airbnb of Storage”. This role is pivotal as we expand our engineering team in India, focusing on client-side developments for Windows, MAC, Android, and iOS applications. If you are an intelligent problem solver with a knack for fast learning, we want you on board.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
• Integrate with C++ libraries for enhanced application performance.
• Ensure seamless operation across multiple platforms including Android, iOS, Windows, and MAC.

Requirements

• 7-9 years in mobile development (Android and iOS).
• At least 2-3 years in Flutter.
• Strong knowledge of networking, OS requirements, services, background operations, and working with the OS file system.
• Proficiency in GUI design and cross-platform development.
• Experience with RestAPI.
• Understanding of integration with C++ libraries for Flutter applications.
• Knowledge in C++ is an advantage.
• Networking skills are an advantage.

About the Company

Our project is developing Online Backup Apps in a distributed (P2P) storage system – “The Airbnb of Storage”. We are developing it for a large US storage company, we are their software development arm. Right now we are in the midst of development with a small team in Israel and Eastern Europe, and we were thinking to relocate some of our engineering in India – particularly the client side developments of Apps for Windows, MAC, Android and IOS, and in case you will be able to provide an extremely talented top notch C++ engineer, also part of our core. Most important requirement is that these engineers need to be very intelligent, problem solvers, fast learners (we have an exam for candidates). They work directly with us on a daily basis with tasks and project management we provide.
