About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Front-end Developer with extensive experience in designing large frontend applications to join our team. The role is remote and offers a competitive salary range of 110 - 150 PLN.
Responsibilities
- Defining and maintaining the frontend architecture and technical standards for the project
- Taking responsibility for the quality, performance, and timely delivery of frontend work
- Making architectural and technical decisions on the frontend side
- Planning work, preparing estimates, and breaking down tasks for the team
- Leading and developing the frontend team - mentoring, code review, standards
- Collaborating with backend teams - Magento - design, and the client; representing the frontend team in technical discussions
- Identifying and managing technical risks
Requirements
- Documented experience in designing the architecture of large frontend applications - including headless setups, integrations, and scalability
- Ability to make and communicate technical decisions, and justify them from a business perspective
- Experience in planning, estimating, and breaking down complex tasks for a team
- Experience in leading a team - mentoring, development, standards, definition of done
- Ability to collaborate across teams - backend / Magento, design, PM, client - and explain technical matters clearly
- Holistic awareness of performance, SEO, accessibility - WCAG - security, and maintainability
