Senior Front-end developer (Boosters)

About the Position

Boosters is a Ukrainian product company creating valuable products in the EdTech, Productivity, and Wellness sectors for 55 million people worldwide. We are currently seeking a Senior Front-end Developer to join our team in Kyiv or Lviv, Ukraine, or remotely within Ukraine and the EU. You will be responsible for the technical implementation and evolution of the frontend for our Tech AI product in the EdTech sector, from architecture and code quality to performance optimizations and AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Realization of the product vision for the MVP web product.
• Further development of the user-centric product to increase user LTV.
• Setup and technical tracking of hypothesis testing to improve the UI/UX of the site (A/B testing).
• Closing various types of marketing tasks (tracking setup, form creation, analytics coverage).
• Monitoring the area of responsibility (alert setup, anomaly response).
• Implementing processes aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in web development with React.
• 2+ years of commercial experience in development using NextJS.
• Experience in building frontend architecture.
• Experience with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, CSS-in-JS libraries.
• Understanding and use of principles such as KISS, DRY, YAGNI, SOLID.
• Experience with CSS frameworks (Material UI, Tailwind CSS) and React Context API.
• Ability to maintain a balance between speed and quality.
• Focus on business results and the impact of your decisions on the product.
