About the Position
Senior Front-end Developer at Team Sky
Attention: this job requires you to be fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken.
As a front-end developer on Team Sky - one of our six teams - you play an important role in creating user-centric digital solutions. Together with your team members, but also definitely with the client, you will bring ideas to life. Your code will shape the user experience and help our clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
As a front-end developer, you look beyond code. You contribute to strategic solutions and understand how various technologies converge to create solutions that not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients and users. Our focus is on understanding the ambitions of our clients and their end users, and then delivering an excellent solution.
Together with your team, you will lead the digital transition from monolithic systems to flexible, composable digital platforms. You will develop the entire front-end lifecycle, from design to execution, and take a leading role in implementation. Your work will result in a front-end experience that is as reliable as it is innovative. You will work on projects for clients such as Freo, LeasePlan Bank, and Damen Shipyards.
Requirements
- Experienced front-end developer with significant time spent on React.
- Well-versed in modern front-end development.
- Experience working in complex environments with a lot of data ((headless) CMS) and where security is of utmost importance.
- Ability to quickly grasp the entire solution and articulate which technologies to use and when.
- Clear communication, a friendly approach, and a customer-oriented attitude.
