A wellness tech company building a consumer health platform for at-home health monitoring. The product ecosystem includes a smart scale, mobile app, and wearable device, providing real-time health insights, personalized recommendations, and AI-driven wellness tracking.

Responsibilities

Patient Portal

• Interactive dashboards visualizing body composition changes (weight, fat mass, muscle mass, visceral fat, hydration) correlated with medication timing and dosage
• Subscription management system for GLP-1 medications with dosage tracking and shipment coordination
• Medication effectiveness visualization showing expected vs. actual body composition changes
• Personalized progress timelines that adapt to individual medication response patterns
• Self-service tools for prescription renewals, dosage adjustments, and provider communication

Data Visualization & Insights

• Real-time body composition graphs that segment changes by tissue type (skeletal muscle, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat, water content)
• Medication dosage calculators with weight-adjusted effectiveness modeling
• Interactive comparison views showing body composition quality metrics
• Expected change projections based on medication type, dosage, and individual physiology

Provider Integration

• Secure messaging and consultation request interfaces
• Shared dashboards allowing patients and providers to review the same data
• Treatment plan tracking with milestone-based progression
• Clinical recommendation displays generated by our AI assistant (Pro.f)

Requirements

Technical Excellence

• 5+ years of professional front-end development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React ecosystem
• Proven track record building complex, data-heavy web applications
• Deep understanding of state management in large-scale applications
• Experience with data visualization libraries and creating interactive charts
• Strong grasp of responsive design principles and CSS architecture
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques
• English B2+

Healthcare/SaaS Experience (Preferred)

• Experience building healthcare applications or working with medical data
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements for web applications
• Familiarity with subscription management and payment systems
• Background in building patient-facing or clinical decision support tools

Design & UX Sensibility

• Ability to translate complex medical data into intuitive interfaces
• Experience working closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect UIs
• Understanding of progressive disclosure and information hierarchy
• Commitment to creating accessible, inclusive interfaces
• Portfolio demonstrating modern, fluid UI/UX work

Collaboration & Communication

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams (design, backend, clinical)
• Comfort with agile development methodologies
• Ability to articulate technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders

• Experience with healthcare data visualization or body composition metrics
• Background in fintech or subscription-based platforms
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical writing
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and provider-patient dynamics
• Experience building progressive web applications (PWAs)

• Understanding of pharmacology or weight management science
