Description
You will lead end-to-end UX-from requirements gathering and discovery workshops through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs-while defining and governing UI/UX standards and design systems. You will architect and build reusable React.js and TypeScript components, mentor developers through code reviews and design feedback, and drive accessibility and usability improvements for enterprise portal experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX process end-to-end (discovery to high-fidelity design)
- Define and govern UI/UX standards, design systems, and interaction patterns
- Architect and develop reusable React.js and TypeScript components
- Mentor developers through code reviews and best-practice guidance
- Drive accessibility and usability testing and continuous improvements
Requirements
- 14+ years of software or product design experience
- 8+ years of hands-on React.js and TypeScript development
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma
- Extensive experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Strong experience translating business requirements into responsive, accessible, production-ready user interfaces
- Hands-on knowledge of modern front-end architecture
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Containerized environments experience (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience mentoring teams and reviewing code
