Senior Front-End Engineer (with AI agents experience)

About the Position

We're seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer with AI agents experience to join our European fintech team, building scalable frontend systems.

Responsibilities

• Own feature delivery end-to-end in React, TypeScript, and styled-components.
• Apply AI-native delivery practices across implementation, testing, and code review.
• Maintain design systems, accessibility, and component tooling (e.g. Storybook).
• Collaborate directly with product and design stakeholders.
• Multiply the output and quality of the squad you join, and share patterns/practice beyond your immediate team so adoption compounds across the organization.
• Embed directly into a client squad as a hands-on Individual Contributor (not a coaching/managerial role).

Requirements

• React, TypeScript, styled-components.
• AI-native delivery practices applied across implementation, testing, and code review.
• Design-systems experience and accessibility (a11y).
• Component tooling, e.g. Storybook.
• Comfort collaborating directly with product and design stakeholders.
• AWS experience.
