Responsibilities

• Tech Evangelism & Next-Gen Architecture: You are passionate about Open Source, enjoy evaluating new technologies (e.g., Svelte, Bun, AI-Assisted Development), and actively share your knowledge internally and externally. At the intersection of design and customer requirements, you define future-proof architectures (e.g., Micro-Frontends, State-Management). Your goal is to ensure the highest usability and performance (Core Web Vitals).
• Strategic Customer Development: At the customer's site, you identify technological potentials for the future and translate complex digital innovations into technically feasible concepts. With technically excellent solutions, you convince stakeholders and take ownership of technical customer development.
• DevOps Mindset: "You build it, you run it" is not just a buzzword for you, but a lived practice. You drive the engineering of scalable applications, automate deployments via CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab/GitHub Actions), and firmly integrate containerization (Docker) into your workflow.
• Quality Engineering & Security: As a driving force, you establish robust automated testing strategies (Unit and Integration Testing with e.g., Cypress or Playwright). By anchoring preventive measures (e.g., OWASP Top 10) in the development process, you ensure the highest system security.
• Team Empowerment & Code Excellence: You lead by example in technical excellence and actively develop your team as an inspiring mentor. Through structured code reviews, you promote continuous knowledge exchange and set quality standards through tools like Linting/Prettier.

Requirements

• Senior Expertise & Technology Openness: With over 7 years of experience in frontend development (focus on SPAs), you look beyond the confines of individual frameworks. You have in-depth knowledge of at least two major ecosystems (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and choose tools pragmatically based on purpose, not preference.
• Pioneer for AI Innovation: You already actively use agentic coding tools like Claude Code in your daily work. You use AI support purposefully to optimize development workflows and establish innovative solution approaches directly in your projects. Sandboxing is a matter of course for you. At the same time, you are flexible enough to write classic code in restrictive projects.
• Quick Comprehension & Solution Orientation: Due to your rapid onboarding in new technical domains, you drive projects forward and enrich the team with sound technical concepts and direct, solution-oriented advice to customers.
• Architectural Vision: You think beyond pure implementation and have a holistic view of abstract relationships, scalable component design, performance (Core Web Vitals), and accessibility (WCAG). You are also proficient with modern build tools and cloud deployments.
• Language Proficiency: Very good German skills are a requirement (at least level C1), good English skills round out your profile.
