About the Position

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Engineering team in Barcelona. This role is a unique opportunity to disrupt a legacy industry with AI-driven tech and lead a world-class team towards ambitious revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Own building the experiences of our group travel and events product, an all-in-one platform helping companies book providers and coordinate their attendees.
• Be the design lead shaping how those experiences come together in the product and within the broader Perk platform (travel, spend).
• Shape the bigger picture by refining the what to build and why.
• Architect for today and tomorrow by writing design documents and managing technical quality.
• Lead across boundaries by communicating complex ideas and driving alignment across the organization.
• Raise the bar for everyone around you by mentoring less experienced colleagues and modelling great engineering practices.
