Senior Frontend Engineer - Hybrid/Remote - Office in Berlin

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our innovative AI startup based in Berlin. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our modern office in the heart of Berlin.

Own the backend vision. You’ll set the technical direction for our core services, data pipelines, and APIs, steering architecture decisions and driving roadmap execution.
Multiply the team’s impact. From thoughtful code reviews to hands-on mentoring, you’ll raise the engineering bar and help colleagues grow.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with designers to develop and implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs that are both functional and visually appealing.
Integrate frontend components with backend services, ensuring smooth data flow and interaction.
Build and maintain a modular Single Page Application following clean code principles, reusable components, and minimal coupling.

Requirements

Strong English skills both verbal and written.
Proficiency in modern tech stack (React.js, TypeScript, TanStack Query, ShadCn) and web development foundations (HTML, CSS, …).
Minimum of 5 years in frontend development (SPA) or full-stack experience.
Ability to scale and maintain rich single-page web applications with high quality standards.
Ability to work independently and to collaborate with the product, design, and engineering team.
Ownership and independent proactive development of the frontend application.
Full-stack experience / Python backend REST-API development is a plus.
