About the Position
Fairmarkit is the #1 autonomous sourcing platform revolutionizing the way all organizations buy & sell. We're looking for a skilled and independent Software engineer with a strong focus on frontend development (Angular, Design Systems) to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and building a wide variety of platform features, reusable and high-performance components, and core functionalities that are used across various teams and applications within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a cross-functional development team, you will employ a wide-range of skills to deliver features from early design through iterative development, and out to production.
- Provide technical leadership, defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast-paced, agile environment using the latest technologies and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers, technical architects, and fellow software engineers to translate requirements and vision into prioritized user stories, delivering to timelines and quality standards.
- Write high-quality code that delivers desired functionality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend development experience, with a strong focus on Angular and TypeScript.
- Excellent proficiency in: TypeScript, RxJS, Angular (DI, change detection, modules, standalone components, signals), HTML, modern CSS (SASS), rxjs.
- Solid understanding of API services and core JavaScript/TypeScript concepts.
- Solid understanding of Accessibility levels and principles.
- Performance optimization experience.
- Experience building common UI components.
- You know and care about modern engineering practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively in an agile environment within a team and/or as an individual contributor.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Angular Material.
- Experience with Nx and monorepo setups.
