About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and develop user-friendly interfaces for multi-step peptide synthesis workflows in Prague, Czech Republic. This role will focus on building intuitive and scalable user interfaces to support multi-step peptide synthesis workflows, enabling scientists to efficiently capture, visualize, and manage complex experimental data.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for multi-step peptide synthesis workflows
- Enhance the application to capture reaction conditions, sequential steps, and experimental outputs
- Collaborate closely with scientists, backend developers, and product teams to translate requirements into functional UI components
- Develop dynamic and responsive web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks
- Integrate frontend components with backend services via REST APIs
- Ensure seamless handling and visualization of complex experimental data
- Optimize application performance, usability, and responsiveness
- Maintain code quality through best practices, testing, and version control using GitHub
- Support deployment and integration in cloud-hosted environments (AWS)
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with Angular and/or AngularJS
- Experience with Vue.js
- Familiarity with Angular Material for UI component development
- Strong experience in REST API integration
- Knowledge of SQL for data interaction and understanding backend data flow
- Experience working with AWS environments
- Proficiency in GitHub for source control and collaboration
- Strong understanding of responsive design and modern UI/UX principles
