About the Position
We're seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with Java and React expertise to join our team in Poznań, Poland, focusing on building and delivering full-stack applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement REST APIs and microservices
- Develop modern frontend features with React and TypeScript
- Work with relational databases using SQL
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth automated delivery
- Package and deploy applications using Docker
- Use agentic AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate engineering workflows
Requirements
- At least 8 years of hands-on software development experience (Java/Spring Boot/React)
- Strong REST API design knowledge
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend development; React highly preferred
- Solid relational database fundamentals and SQL proficiency
- CI/CD pipeline experience
- Experience using Docker for packaging and deployments
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Interest in exploring and implementing agentic AI tools
