About the Position
Join EPAM Malaysia as a Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET / Angular) to leverage AI coding assistants and frameworks for building quality software in a regulated financial environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end features with comprehensive test coverage
- Manage the full pull request lifecycle, from implementation to merge
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests
- Conduct code reviews for correctness, security, and maintainability
- Integrate AI models and APIs into scalable, secure enterprise applications
- Facilitate focused, technical daily standups and escalate key issues
- Define and champion team AI development standards and responsible use guidelines
- Build organizational AI literacy through knowledge sharing and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic development frameworks
- Proficiency in modern full-stack development (front-end and back-end)
- Experience with automated end-to-end testing frameworks
- Cloud development experience (Microsoft Azure preferred)
- Strong prompt engineering skills for precise AI task instructions
- Proven ability to critically assess and verify AI-generated code
- Experience operating in a senior or strategic capacity
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating LLM APIs into enterprise applications
- Track record of delivering production applications using AI-augmented workflows
- Experience leading technical workstreams or coaching on AI development practices
