Senior Full-Stack Developer (.NET + React)

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer with expertise in .NET and React to join our innovation team in Ukraine. You will be working on a cloud platform for temporary work management, focusing on cutting-edge AI integration and flow automation, while supporting and improving the existing solution.

Fully Remote | Full-time | Senior

Responsibilities

• Extend legacy.NET monolith with modern AI features
• Integrate Azure AI services (LLMs, document processing)
• Build React UI for automation workflows
• Make architectural decisions (when to extend monolith vs microservice)
• Ship to production, iterate based on real feedback

Tech Stack

• Backend: C#.NET Framework 4.7–4.8,.NET 6+
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Database: MS SQL, Azure Cosmos DB
• Cloud: Azure (AI Services, Service Bus, Kubernetes)
• AI: Azure OpenAI, LLMs

Requirements

Must-Have

• Real fullstack: frontend + backend + database + cloud/DevOps (not just backend or frontend)
• C# / React with experience in both.NET Framework AND newest versions (.NET 6+)
• Cloud + Infrastructure as Code (Terraform mandatory)
• SQL (mandatory)
• 5+ years .NET (C#)
• Good English written and spoken

Must-Have (Personality)

• Takes ownership (very important) - own topics end-to-end, not wait for tasks
• Strong collaboration bias - naturally check-in with teammates, discuss solutions together
• Worked with legacy code (not afraid of it)

Nice-to-Have

• Azure + Terraform specific experience
• SQL Server (vs generic SQL)
• AI/LLM integration experience
• Enthusiastic about AI-enabled development
• Docker, Kubernetes
