Responsibilities

• Design and build backend systems for our new e-commerce platform, including orders, diet management, production planning, logistics, and payments.
• Deliver features end-to-end: from business discovery to API and database development, AWS deployment, and production monitoring.

• Raise the team’s technical level through knowledge sharing, learning, and code reviews.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial experience.

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL: transactions, isolation levels, and indexing.
• Experience with RabbitMQ or similar queue systems and AWS, including idempotency, retries, and observability.

• Ownership mindset and ability to drive topics to completion while engaging with business stakeholders.
• Communicative Polish to collaborate closely with production, logistics, and sales.

We Offer

• Employment with a dynamic industry leader.
• Compensation aligned with experience and skills.
• Real impact on architecture and team processes; help build the team from the early stage.
• Large-scale greenfield work in an established, financially stable company.
• Remote work from Poland (Białystok office available for occasional on-site collaboration).
• Benefits package, including Medicover Sport card co-financing, private medical care, PZU insurance, and discounts on products.

Salary
