We are seeking a Lead Backend Engineer proficient in Golang, Google Cloud, Java, and Kafka to join our team in Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Guatemala, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Spain.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and design the architecture
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Mentor and guide junior developers
Requirements
- Proficiency in Golang
- Experience with Google Cloud
- Strong knowledge of Java
- Experience with Kafka
- Familiarity with Terraform
