Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team in developing a modern ERP platform for the staffing industry, focusing on AI-first development. The system helps businesses streamline operations, manage complex workflows, and optimize workforce management. As part of this initiative, you will work on a Document Management System (DMS) that supports both SaaS and on-premise environments, including document processing workflows and AI-powered features such as OCR.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with strong ownership and impact on architecture and product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end features for a Document Management System (DMS)
• Implement document workflows: storage, processing, transformations, and AI/OCR integrations
• Build and maintain fullstack applications using.NET/C# and React/TypeScript
• Design and implement secure and scalable APIs
• Ensure proper implementation of authentication and authorization flows
• Debug and resolve issues in production environments using observability tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time
• Apply AI-assisted development practices to improve speed and quality
• Proactively identify technical challenges and drive solutions

Requirements

Must have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development using: .NET / C#, React + TypeScript
• Solid understanding of REST API design and best practices
• Experience with authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and AWS
• Strong skills in production debugging (logs, metrics, tracing)
• Experience working in distributed or remote teams
• Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
• Upper-Intermediate English and better
