Responsibilities

Leverage AI coding assistants and autonomous agents to accelerate development, code review, and testing
Lead system design discussions and drive architectural decisions within the team
Write clean, well-tested, and documented code following established engineering standards
Coordinate and mentor a cross-functional delivery team of designers, QA engineers, and product managers
Evaluate and integrate AI tools and workflows to improve team productivity
Personally manage code reviews with a focus on quality, security, and maintainability

Requirements

5+ years of professional software development experience
Strong skills in system design and architecture
Proven experience in building scalable web and mobile applications
Practical proficiency in our stack: Node.js, TypeScript, Express, Next.js, React, React Native, Go, Python, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Git
1+ year of hands-on experience with AI coding agents
Experience using AI coding tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.) in real workflows
Deep understanding of clean code, testing, and maintainability
Ability to lead and coordinate an engineering team, conduct code reviews, and mentor other developers
Excellent communication skills in English
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science

Nice to Have

Experience with AI agents or LLM-based systems
Experience in designing microservices architecture
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Contributions to open-source projects
Experience leading small engineering teams
