Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Prague, Czech Republic. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering and computational chemistry, offering an opportunity to work on tools that directly accelerate drug discovery and molecular design.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing integrations between internal applications and the Schrödinger LiveDesign platform
• Developing and maintaining backend services and APIs supporting scientific workflows
• Enhancing the cheminformatics workflow engine with new statistical models and data processing capabilities
• Managing cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, scalable deployments
• Collaborating with scientists and engineers to translate domain requirements into robust software solutions
