About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (hybrid in Warsaw) to join a fast-growing product team building tools and experiences for the creator ecosystem. In this role, you will help shape scalable solutions and user experiences that directly impact creators and support their business growth.
You will work on products used daily by creators - including payments, authentication, campaign workflows, e-commerce experiences, and business management tools - to help deliver a seamless, reliable platform experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain intuitive, user-focused interfaces and features.
- Contribute to frontend architecture and system design with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Build workflows and tools supporting creator operations, business management, campaigns, and payments.
- Optimize application performance and responsiveness across devices and screen sizes.
- Develop reusable UI components using modern frontend frameworks and styling systems (including JoyUI or similar solutions).
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Ensure quality through unit, integration, and functional testing strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams on feature delivery and architectural decisions.
- Research and introduce improvements aligned with modern development practices and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
- Strong experience building modern and responsive user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, component-based architecture, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest.
- Knowledge of building secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with AWS and cloud environments is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative remote environment.
