About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (React & NestJS) to drive the technical vision for our diverse range of client projects. As a Senior member of the team, you won’t just execute tasks - you will design scalable architectures, mentor growing talent, and act as a strategic partner to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications, from initial database schema to final UI polish.
• Architect scalable, maintainable systems that can handle rapid user growth and evolving business requirements.
• Set the standard for clean, documented, and well-tested code through rigorous code reviews and mentoring.
• Partner directly with stakeholders to turn business ideas into technical roadmaps, providing accurate estimations and feasibility assessments.
• Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and lead refactoring or migration efforts (e.g., transitioning from BaaS like Supabase to custom backend services).
• Continuously improve our CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and development standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in full-stack development, preferably within SaaS environments.
• Advanced Frontend: Mastery of React and modern styling/UI libraries (e.g., Tailwind, shadcn/ui).
• Robust Backend: Expert-level knowledge of Node.js frameworks (specifically NestJS) and TypeORM.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, Amplify) and serverless design patterns.
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, including schema design, optimization, and complex migrations.
• Proficiency with Docker and a "work smarter" approach using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, etc.).
• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English for high-level technical consulting and direct client collaboration.
