Recruitment Process

Technical Interview: A conversation with one of our technical specialists from the relevant stream. This interview includes both theoretical and practical parts. Our experts will evaluate your skills and knowledge and offer recommendations for your personal development if necessary.
PM Interview: Meet your potential Manager to gain deeper insights into the role and ensure it aligns with your career goals. In some cases, a technical expert from the project may also join the call.
Customer Interview: For certain projects, there will be an interview with the customer to learn more about the project’s mission and core principles.
3. Becoming a Part of Our Team
In the final step, we will finalize the working conditions and goals. Afterwards, you will be asked to sign a cooperation contract.
