Your Location

You’ll be based at one of our locations, but you’ll also have the option to work remotely on a flexible basis.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated full-stack solutions-from backend services and APIs to the front end.
• Be responsible for technical aspects such as architecture, code quality, code reviews, and sound project decisions.
• Translate business requirements into technical concepts and advise clients in a clear, pragmatic, and solution-oriented manner.
• Work closely with developers, data engineers, consultants, and business units, combining conceptual work with focused coding sessions.
• Share your knowledge within the team, during pair programming, and with clients-including on new topics such as Agentic Engineering.
• Eventually grow into a leadership role and gain experience across various industries and company sizes in the DACH region.

Requirements

• College degree in computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field, and at least 8 years of experience in software development.
• Comfortable working on the backend-for example, in Java, C#/.NET, or Python-and proficient with SQL and relational databases.
• Solid front-end experience with modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as CI/CD and containerized deployments.
• Passionate about AI and have some initial experience in Agentic Engineering environment, and would like to take on technical responsibility in the future.
• Communicate confidently with technical and non-technical interlocutors, speak German at the C2 level, have a very good command of English, and are willing to travel.
