About the Position

Pricer24 is a Ukrainian product company, a SaaS for e-commerce, used by Monobank, Rozetka, Comfy, Епіцентр, Kingston, Philips, and other large businesses. Our product is an analytical platform for category managers, with which users work in teams every day.

A developer at Pricer24 is not just "a person who writes code." It is a person who creates business value through technology and does not hide behind the phrase "it was in the task."

🔎 Who We Are Looking For

Most teams have one or two engineers who are approached with the most complex questions. Not because the process is built that way, but because they understand the system best, find solutions faster, and take responsibility where others hesitate.

We are looking for exactly such a person.

Someone who critical parts of the product rely on. Someone who understands the problems that others bypass. Someone who is trusted with complex solutions and whose results depend on them. If the fate of the project depended on you in previous teams, you will find it interesting here. If not, this role is not for you.

That's why we are looking for an engineer for whom it is natural to:

• Not start a task until you understand its value;

• See a better solution and start a conversation about it, rather than silently doing as told;

• Clarify the goal if the task is formulated vaguely - instead of implementing a guess;

• Be responsible for the feature entirely: from the architectural solution to how the client will experience it.

We do not have a classic division of "developer wrote - QA checked." The person who creates the solution is responsible for its quality.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in.NET Full Stack development;

• Deep understanding of .NET runtime and OS-level processes (memory management, multithreading, deadlocks, performance bottlenecks);

• Experience in building and maintaining high-load systems;

• PostgreSQL and relational database design;

• EF Core / Dapper;

• REST API design;

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis skills;

• Experience with any modern JS framework (Angular / React / Vue or others) - tasks need to be closed completely, from DB to interface.

Nice to Have:

• Docker
• DevExtreme
• Experience with distributed systems
• Experience optimizing high-load services

Responsibilities

Tasks that will be prioritized:

• Creating new features for clients - from the database to the interface.

• Improving product performance and usability where it is truly felt by the user.

• Working with complex analytical logic and making it simple - for the client, not for the code.

• Stabilizing and developing the architecture of the product, which processes large volumes of data daily.

• Participating in technical discussions and influencing decisions - your voice is not just heard, it is counted on.
