About the Position
Senior Fullstack Developer to Compodium
At Compodium, we build video meetings and communication solutions for organizations with high demands on security and regulatory compliance. That affects everything we do, from architecture and identity to how we ensure control of data at every step.
We develop reliable, user-friendly products that let customers collaborate and share information with confidence, without slowing down daily work.
Now we’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer who wants to help evolve both our platform and products in a company where technology, customer value, and long-term thinking go hand in hand.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you’ll work hands-on with both architecture and implementation, helping improve our video services and SaaS products. You’ll build product-focused solutions designed for environments with high requirements for stability, usability, and data control.
You will work on:
- Video solutions based on WebRTC and MediaSoup
- Modern web-based SaaS services
- Improvements to scalability, performance, security, and UX
- Automated flows for sign-up, onboarding, and online sales
- Integrations with external systems, for example Stripe and eID services
Requirements
- Have several years of experience as a fullstack developer
- Be confident with Node.js and modern web applications, or have a strong backend background and want to work more fullstack
- Have a solid understanding of security, performance, and scalability in distributed systems
- Be used to container-based environments and see automation as the default
- Be curious, pragmatic, and enjoy improving both code and ways of working
